We work closely with two grape growers from the Itata Valley:
Juan Hinojosa
Itata Valley - Ñuble
Juan Hinojosa owns an old vineyard on the slopes of the dry land of the Itata-Ñuble Valley, planted with País and Moscatel grapes.
We allocate its grapes for Le Moscatel, Le Grand País and a component of L’Assemblage.
Alvaro Señor
Itata Valley - Bio Bío
Alvaro Señor owns a vineyard in the Itata-Bio Bio Valley, planted with Cinsault and País grapes.
We allocate their grapes for Le Rosé and a component of L’Assemblage.
